snow day!

got people banging on my door this morning telling me to look out the window!the biggest snow flakes ive ever seen!!!2-3cm diameter, no jokes!so we got tims rear wheel drive escort out the back of the airport and had some fun.skiing behind the car (with the skis we found in the skip at the snow sale) and then drifts, haha, good times!

mt hutt

had an awsome day boarding at mt hutt yesterday!
Perfect weather and powder!the field was at max capacity, but not as busy as i thought it was going to be cause they only have one car park, (i think the capacity like 2000 people, compared with whakapapas 14,000).that an a new fast 6 seater (base to summit) and a quad running kept the lines down.
there were still a few rocks around but they are saying its the best start to the season in 15 years!
i managed to snap off a few pics in between my phat airs.
the jibs, and plains in background, you cant really see but the oceans in the photo too.

hey
we had an awsome few days out at the hill, fun classic stuff last sunday, then the real deal yesterday(super friction day!max 4.8) and today.No notable sends as such, but good progress was made on hard things!yesterday spent most of the time on a v9 called karmagedon, short, but wikkid tension/sloper moves.(super tension shown below)
Today, we tryed 'everythings gone green' v10,(super cool line, i think its my style so maybe one day!)and snake eyes again, which we made heaps of progress on, both matching into the dish.Steph also came out today and shot these sweet photos!!
